Always remember, that you’re on a break. If you want to get back together just know that it can’t happen if you pick up that phone. Your emotions need to heal, so you can get back together. It’ll also make you a stronger person.

At this moment, you are in a very vulnerable period of your life and you are actually entering a stage of emotional healing. First you should accept yourself as you are, or else your attempts at getting back together will fail.

It also proves that you have respect for your ex’s boundaries and space. You know that they are going trough a tough time, also, and they need time for themselves. This makes you look mature, and considerate, which are attractive qualities, So even if you are breaking down on the inside, remember the things your are achieving by keeping your composure.
